NOTIFICATION

No.SO(SNE)NORMS/2014: In supersession of earlier notification of even number dated 05.01.2015 and 25.11.2019, Competent Authority has been pleased to approve the following new / revised Norms for creation / concurrence of posts for conversion of Masjid Maktab Schools Into Primary Schools, Establishment of Primary, Elementary, High & Higher Secondary Schools and Up-gradation of Primary, Elementary & High Schools to Next Level in Punjab

2. SNE shall be concurred by the finance Department, Government of Punjab as per above Norms under following conditions / provision of documents by Administrative Department:-

(1) Upon submission of Administrative Approval, PC-IV, Handing/Taking Over Certificate, BM-16 Expenditure Bearing Certificate. OR
(ii) Upon submission of Notification issued by Administrative. Department for Establishment/Up-gradation tinder Sufficient Building Conditions/Grounds to be submitted by District Governments Expenditure Bearing Certificate & BM-16. Note; The Buildings constructed by Philanthropists OR private persons OR community shall be notified for up-gradation /Establishment of Govt. Schools after fulfilling all codal / procedural formalities as mentioned in
(ii) above.
